the room was spacious with a huge bathroom. i found the air conditioning powerful. the breakfast offered a decent selection of good quality food on the top floor.
large parts of the carpet felt soaking wet i think from previous guests. the staff put towels on the floor but getting out of bed onto a wet floor was not pleasant.

The staff replaced the bath towels with smaller towels on the second day. An alternative room was not offered. This spoiled the stay, especially since the room smelled damp. I felt the hotel could have handled this better.

The location was special, offering easy access to nearby restaurants. I discovered many dining options within a short walk from the hotel. I especially loved the superb breakfastwith a wide variety of options from various nationalities. The breakfast staff were both efficient and friendly..
The noise from outside was at times disruptive to our stay. Our suite had big windows, and the traffic sounds were quite noticeable. I found this particularly bothersome during the night.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I particularly appreciated the fresh juice and the pancakes. The restaurant on the 7th floor offered a lovely view. The professional and polite staff added to the experience.

fresh fruithelpful staffdaily cleaning
the hotel provided a daily cleaning service. fresh fruit and bottled water were available in the room each day. reception areas and walkways even had water, fruit, and sweets available. i received a complimentary gift upon departure, a lovely touch. the staff were helpful.
The air conditioning was slightly tricky. It seemed linked to the outside temperature, made regulating the room temperature a bit difficult.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable i also appreciated the special lighting in the room especially when visiting the bathroom at night the location is great with a restaurant and cafe in the same building the outdoor architecture is also notable
the air conditioning system seemed unusual as it adjusted based on the outside temperature making it difficult to keep the room cool
